I'm sure you can find incandescent that will light up the day. You will also be happy with new clear light assemblies, and they will make your ride look sharp.
Hello eaglerockdude - I had the same thought, so I purchased an aftermarket light assembly and new LED bulbs from Amazon. I do not recall the brand. The assemblies were clear and beautiful and fit perfectly, but were made for LED light bulbs which I also purchased as mentioned. I also purchased...
Hello Drew,
I'll be the first to admit I do not know the answer to your question. Although most 1 gen parts place nicely with each other, intuition tells me that you should probably stick to 4x4 parts. Don't know for sure, maybe someone who knows definitively will speak up.
Good luck Drew
Hello there,
Any squeaking of brakes is an indication that something is wrong. Most likely you are into the squealer indicator of the brake pad. Left unchecked, you risk damaging your rotors. The great news is brake pads are cheap. You can replace them yourself if you have any mechanical...
My MPG hovers around 13.9 with town and rural, driving 7 miles one way to work. 2007 4wd Limited w/ roof rack, 265/70R17's. I thought new plugs would help but it didn't seem to. I don't pussy foot around in it, I drive it fairly aggressively. The rack negates any freeway bump in mileage. I don't...
I will be keeping mine forever. I love this ride. 2007 4wd Limited- last year of the 1st gen, size is between a 4Runner and todays Sequoia, and it has the 4.7 L V8. West coast ride so no rust. Offroads like a dream. I got rid of my 1987 4Runner and kick myself all the time about it. i wont be...
Hello JTS14u. I just installed BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A LT265/70R17 which is a light truck class and I love them. They look great and ride solid. I have a 2007 Limited 4wd all stock. There is a very slight rub in full stop when turned right I think, not enough to even deal with, but I assume...
I just got new tires on my stock 2007 Limited. I chose BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A LT265/70R17. hey are a Light Truck tire, not passenger and they look meaty and like they belong. There is a very slight rub at full stop so I'm thinking this size is about max for stock. I have not tested on...
Replaced the tentioner and no more squeak/squeel, yay!. The power steering pump that I thought was going bad turned out to be my crappy tires that I replaced. I actually did not replace it because I didn't want to deal with it and I stopped having issues. The instructions talked about flushing...
Im getting a bad squeak that i think is my tentioner. I'm replacing it this weekend along with the power steering pump that seems to be going bad. Going tho throw in a new belt too.
2007 Limited
Update - it wasn't the cable, or the handle, it was the latch, caked with nasty and sticking. I blew it out with garage door lube. Works fine. Until the next time
What ever happened here? I've never heard of this heating issue with Toyota, and I've had a few. It is a warm environment, but it can take it, it likes it. Maybe a griddle attachment Lol
