Finally got my grill painted and added the classic tri color badge. Also just finished up replacing the steering rack bushing with polyurethane bushings. Love the steering response didn't realize how much play the old bushings were allowing. Next will be the sway bar bushings and hope fully after I can sell my 07 tundra lift kit I can use that money to get the timing belt done.20210226_180928.jpg20210226_180924.jpg20210227_094013.jpg20210302_044849.jpg20210302_044843.jpg20210302_052734.jpg20210302_052751.jpg20210302_052754.jpg

I LOVE the badge, sic! Everything looks good man. When you get one of these you just want to love it and put some work to get her right. I'm looking at doing a mild 2" lift. Just put in an aluminum radiator and replaced PS pump, idler pulley, tensioner pulley and drive belt. made a huge difference in cooling and idle speeds. she's quiet as a mouse now.

Do the timing belt! I was scared since never done one but you can get parts online, OEM Aisan kit for $200. You can download a 3000 page manual from the web. Actually fun to learn.

Got some 1.5" spacers to be even with the fenders. Then just been working on maintence and saving for a toytec boss lift kit and the 13WL brake upgrade as well as the rear calipers and pads/rotors all around. Did polyurethane sway bar bushings, painted the fog lights yellow, led fog, headlight, and turn signal upgrade.hard wired in a scosche wireless charger mount an just got the valve cover gaskets done then going to do the timing belt in a couple weeks. Here is a better list

Since I bought the rig

Interior
- switched all power ports to USB quick chargers
- center diff mod
- kill switch(last few month neighborhood has been active at night)
- interior lights swapped for led
- scosche magnetic mount quick charger hard wired in

Exterior
- Painted the grill and added trd colors badge
- plasti dipped emblems
- rain guards
- tinted the fog lights yellow
- headlights, fogs, and turn signals switched to led
-1 1/4 wheel spacers
- cut the resonator out to get slight growl(not much)
- removed the running boards
Mechanical
- poly steering rack bushings
- F/R poly sway bar bushings
- valve cover gaskets
- fuel filter
- F/R diff fluid change(synthetic)
- transfer case fluid(synthetic)

Right now I'm working 6 days a week and the one day I'm off is for family. Fortunately I have another vehicle to drive so "Henry " hangs out in the drive way. I did order a 3mm red led light to put into the overhead console for ambient light at night(idea from Sal R. and his 02 limited build) but I can't decide to run it always on with the dash lights or on its own switch. Then in the next month or 2 im going to be doing timing belt, serpentine belt and pulleys, and transmission fluid with synthetic. Then I have to do the 100k service on my wife's 16 sequoia. Busy but I love working on them and teach the kids a thing or 2. Oh and also now my wife want her car "Fiona"(kids lol) to be overland...ish so I have 2 builds to do
