My 04 has recently stopped blending. When the temp is set at "COLD" it blows cold, but when turned one notch to "65" I have full heat. I crawled up under the dash and it looks like when I turn the temp to 65 the blend door actuator pushes the door completely open. Has anyone seen this before?
