Finally got around to build my 3/16" custom skid plate for my bumper. It took me a couple of days but it was well worth it.

one of my friends with an fj got one of these and loves it, might have to add it to the list haha

i got that one from the junk yard , it was white i sprayed it in silver with black center.

it came with the truck when i bought it, but i seen it on ebay, it comes with the hood grill and a bumper grill too.

i used a eastwood 135 welder with argon mixture gas. Max thickness is 3/16 with solid wire and 1/4 of an inch with flux wire core.

well its been a while i posted, I got the itch to change the front of silverback but with a baby on the way i couldn't justify spending $1k plus on my dream Brute force bumper. So i started to think and see how can i make my front end more aggressive, Get more clearance, and not break the bank...
