The build is 95% complete! I only have a few more touchup items and it'll be ready for Daily driving. Here is an updated pic with all the parts reinstalled.

The fog lamps have a screw and are retained by a plastic clip that is built into the bumper. With the bumper off I pried open the clips and the fog laps came out pretty easily. The front grill was from Goodmatchup, and I added the LED kit from their site...

and.. I cut and buffed the paint, blacked out the badges, and installed a new grill. Phew! lots left to go...

@Joku I made the same mistake. Found a set of a brand new set of 18" Tundra take-offs locally for a deal! Once I realized the hub bore difference I found a company called Venum that makes hub bore conversion + spacers (106.1mm->95mm) in this case. The problem is the axle studs on the stock...
