Hey jts14u, I may be too late if you have already bought tires but I'm just seeing this. In my opinion I think these rigs really need a small lift to look right and will give you extra clearance and allow for bigger tires. My old shocks were shot so I put on Bilstein 5100s which gave it a nice 2.5 inch lift or so. I wanted a tad more rake and rear strength for towing so I replaced the rear springs with the Old Man Emu springs and that added 2 inches or so to the rear which looks perfect. This allowed me to go with BF Goodrich 285/70R17 to fit on my stock wheels and they look great. I did have to add spidertrax spacers to avoid rubbing on the UCAs but maybe I'll add new wheels someday with different offsets so I can ditch the spacers.
