Hey guys, PNW resident here. "Off-road" experience is limited to some military vehicle training & a year in a lifted 2010' Wrangler (33" Km2's & leveling kit). Picked up my sequoia in February for a steal, as it was ridden with codes and believed to be "stuck in 4x4". Only real downfall of the vehicle was needing new wheels & tires almost immediately & rear brakes were shot, and 02 sensors needed replaced.
Purchased 2/1/16 146,xxx miles
Reading 167,xxx as of 1/1/17
265/70/17 Toyo A/T's 10P-3/1/16
Rear Brakes-3/1/16
All Fluids 9/1/16
02 Sensors x2 9/1/16
Transmission Flush 10/1/16
MaxTraxx 2/1/17
Essentially this build is still in its infancy until funds become
Available, but she will suit me just fine with where she's at now.
Intentions with the rig are to be able to handle PNW trailing for camping etc (mountainous terrain) and haul a 24-27' trailer.
Currently looking at OME coils/shocks, 285/70/17 K02's, & diff drop as my first big upgrade
Also entertaining the idea of a hidden front tow hook, and converting the inside to overland (more sustainable camping) ready.
Thanks for following! Any and all ideas are appreciated
