My Sequoia has difficulty shifting, it’s very hard to go from park to drive and it won’t go into park. I disconnected the cable from the arm going into the transmission and it shifts fine. I can’t move the arm by hand it’s bound up. I sprayed pbblaster and so far nothing. What causes this issue and what is the fix? I would like to replace the arm because it pretty rusty. What is the part number?
